(1) The meeting of the commission will be held in the presence of the present commissioners including the chief commissioner. But this bye-law shall not be deemed to hinder the holding of the meeting of the commission even if only the chief commissioner is present.
(2) Under the direction of the Chief Commissioner, the Secretary will provide the Commissioners with the date, time and discussion topics of the Commission meeting.
(3) The meeting of the Commission shall be chaired by the Chief Commissioner. In the absence of the chief commissioner, the senior commissioner among the commissioners present will preside over the meeting of the commission and the presiding commissioner can exercise the powers of the chief commissioner.
(4) The majority decision of the Commissioner shall be considered as the decision of the Commission. In the event that the majority cannot be maintained on any issue, the vote of the chief commissioner will be considered as the decision of the commission.
(5) The decision of the meeting shall be recorded in the record book by the secretary or the employee of the commission appointed by him and signed by the chief commissioner and other commissioners present at the meeting.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the Commission shall be verified by the Secretary or any officer of the Commission appointed by him.
